Annandale Behavioral Health accepts most private PPOs, federal employee health benefits (FEHB), and union health insurance plans. We do not accept Medi-Care, Medi-Cal, or IEHP. Private-pay arrangements are also available for clients who prefer maximum confidentiality.

Our admissions team typically completes a free, no-commitment verification of benefits within 60 minutes, including a written estimate of your projected out-of-pocket cost.

Annandale offers a full continuum of care including medically supervised detox, stabilization, residential treatment, and aftercare planning, all within a six-bed luxury setting in the Pasadena hills.

Can I bring my dog to treatment?

Yes. Annandale is a pet-friendly luxury rehab. Companion dogs are welcomed as part of our clinical model with dedicated accommodations and outdoor space.
