We believe that a relaxing environment is essential to the way you respond to treatment. The goal at Annandale Behavioral Health is to provide the ideal environment for guests to reconnect with nature while they do the work necessary to pursue a life of sustainable growth and sobriety.
A Private 6-Bed Home, Not an Institution
Annandale’s facility was deliberately designed not to feel like a treatment center. We operate from a single luxury private home in Pasadena with only 6 client beds — the same density as a small bed-and-breakfast. Every room is private with an attached bathroom, custom bedding, and a workspace that supports our executive rehab clients who need to stay connected to their teams during recovery.
The common areas — chef’s kitchen, library, meditation garden — are where most of the daily community happens between individual therapy sessions. Programming rooms host individual therapy, small group sessions, and psychiatric consultations. We partner with off-site facilities for equine-assisted therapy and health-and-wellness sessions that get clients out of the house and into nature.
Our small size is the differentiator. Whether you arrive for medical detox, residential treatment, or dual diagnosis care, you’ll know every staff member by name and every other resident by Day 3. To schedule a private tour or learn more, review our admissions process, meet our treatment team, or call 855-778-8668. According to SAMHSA, smaller treatment settings consistently produce higher therapeutic alliance scores and lower dropout rates than large institutional facilities.
