Will Insurance Pay for Drug and Alcohol Rehab?

How Long Does Insurance Verification Take?

During regular insurance-company business hours, we can generally verify benefits within approximately 90 minutes of receiving the necessary information. Our insurance benefits team is available primarily between 7:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m.

Requests received late in the day, during the evening, or over a weekend may be completed the following business day. Verification times can vary depending on the insurance carrier and its availability.

We understand that families often need this information quickly. Our admissions team will make every effort to provide a timely and straightforward explanation of your coverage and financial responsibility.

What Information Is Needed to Verify Insurance?

To verify your benefits, it is helpful to have:

• A photo of the front and back of your insurance card
• The client’s full legal name and date of birth
• The policyholder’s name and date of birth, if different
• Your telephone number and email address
• A list of current medications
• Any available referral or relevant clinical information
