Darryl Olivier
Darryl brings a unique blend of superior leadership coupled with an empathetic understanding and appreciation for the welfare of others. As a charismatic and compassionate leader, he has consistently promoted a holistic approach to care delivery across all drug and alcohol recovery services within Southern California.
Over the course of his career, he has served over tens of thousands of individuals struggling with substance abuse, addiction, and mental health issues in inpatient, outpatient, detox, and young offender correction settings. Darryl is deeply dedicated to the recovery of patients of all ages, genders, socioeconomic backgrounds, and other walks of life. This has led him to serve as a Sober Living operator first, then as a Vice President, Assistant Executive Director, Chief Operating Officer, and now Chief Executive Officer all within the field of Behavioral Health care.
Throughout his 23+ years of experience, he has demonstrated a strong command of all governing regulations and licensing bodies. He was a key contributor to the CARF accreditation of all inpatient and outpatient treatment centers where he has served. He has also overseen operations governed by the Joint-Commission, Department of Health Care Services (DHCS), and Department of Mental Health Services. Darryl has licensed and certified more than 200 facilities in three different states.
After experiencing several direct losses but also seeing some of his family members recover from substance abuse, Darryl has committed his life to aspire the same for others. In 2020, he co-founded ELEVATE Wellness Center to translate his experience and vision of care excellence to empower individuals to find a healthier life path and have a larger positive impact in the communities.
