Annandale Behavioral Health accepts most private PPOs, federal employee health benefits (FEHB), and union health insurance plans. We do not accept Medi-Care, Medi-Cal, or IEHP. Private-pay arrangements are also available for clients who prefer maximum confidentiality.

What is the difference between detox, stabilization, and residential?

Medical detox safely manages withdrawal symptoms under 24/7 clinical supervision. Stabilization addresses lingering symptoms or co-occurring mental health concerns after detox. Residential treatment provides extended structured care with therapy, programming, and support to build long-term recovery.

Alex Fransciso

Alex is very nurturing, experienced and kind. She is one of the first people that will greet you at Annandale as our Support Technician Supervisor. Alex started her professional healthcare journey 9 years ago as a mental health technician in acute care hospitals such as City of Hope and L.A. Downtown Medical Center. She has worked in both acute psychiatric units as well as floating through medical-surgical floors. She has also worked in residential substance abuse treatment facilities since 2014.

Alex feels her calling in life is to help people get back to their true authentic self. She enjoys volunteering and spending time with her family – humans and animas alike! Alex is currently in school pursuing a degree in nursing.
